3. What is the reservation pattern in civil services examination?

Ans- The reservation in civil service examination is only for those candidates who belongs from SC/ST,OBC and Physical Handicapped and its depend on the vacancies fixed by the government.

4.Why medical examination of candidate is necessary after passing in civil services  main examination?

ans- Medical examination is necessary to know about the candidate that he is good in both physical and mental condition there should not be any defect in his body which affect his job so this is the reason for medical examination.

5.A candidate who passed his degree from any open university, is eligible to apply for the civil services exam?

Ans-Yes, but the university should be recognized and his qualification must be match with the qualification required for the Civil services.

6.If a candidate did his graduation with out passing 10th and 12th he is eligible or not for civil services?

ans-Yes, he is eligible.

7.could a candidate choose different languages for main written exam and for the interview>

Ans-Yes he can choose. like if he choose English for written exam then he can choose Hindi or any one of the Eighth schedule languages for interview.

8.If a candidate passed his engineering degree in Production engineering/chemical engineering, is he eligible for the engineering services examination?

Ans-yes, Only engineering degree is required whatever its discipline is.

9.If a candidate having degree in BDS  or in Ayurvadic/ Unani systems of  medicines are eligible for CMS Examination?

Ans- No, Only MBBS candidate or in the final year of MBBS students are allowed.

10. Segregation of the answer books ever done on the base of the community of the candidates?

Ans- No, never done at any stage of the evaluation process.

11. On which basis ans books sent for the evaluation.

Ans- The mixing of the ans books done received from the every center then a computer based code given to each ans book before the evaluation.

12.If a candidate is not satisfied with the medical examination then can appeal or not?

Ans– Yes,he can appeal to DOPT.

13. what do you mean by General merit(GM) and  Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC) candidate?

Ans-If a candidate belongs from the reserved category but he qualified the exam without any relaxation due to his category then he is GM and MRC candidate.

Ans-civil services exam is divided in three stages-

(a) Preliminary exam

(B) Main Exam

(C) Interview

The first stage is preliminary test it is open for all after this we have main test only the successful students of the preliminary test can apply for the main exam and after main exam we have personality test or interview those passing all three stages are the successful candidates.
